1. What This Platform Is

Options Tycoon is a behavioral self-observation tool. It analyzes your own historical trade data and reflects patterns back to you. Think of it as a mirror — it shows you what YOUR data says about YOUR behavior.

All analysis is observational and backward-looking
We show patterns from YOUR past data only
We do NOT predict future market movements
We do NOT recommend trades, strategies, or actions
We do NOT provide buy/sell signals

2. What This Platform Is NOT

NOT a SEBI-registered Research Analyst
NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor
NOT a broker or sub-broker
NOT connected to any real brokerage account
NOT providing trading tips, calls, or recommendations
NOT guaranteeing any financial outcome

3. Your Responsibility

All trading decisions are 100% yours
You are responsible for verifying any data shown
Past behavioral patterns do NOT guarantee future results
You should consult a SEBI-registered advisor for investment decisions
You acknowledge that options trading involves significant risk of loss

4. Acceptable Use

Upload only YOUR OWN trade data (not someone else's without consent)
Do not attempt to upload malicious files or exploit the system
Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform
Do not share your account credentials

5. Data Accuracy

Analysis quality depends on the data YOU upload
We are not responsible for errors in your broker's CSV export
Results are estimates based on available data — not exact figures
Trading charges calculations are estimates and may differ from actual broker charges

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are NOT liable for any trading losses you incur
We are NOT liable for decisions made based on our analysis
We are NOT liable for data loss or service interruptions
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you (₹0 for free tier)

7. Intellectual Property

The behavioral detection algorithms, scoring methodology, and report format are proprietary
You may share YOUR report results (screenshots, PDF) freely
You may NOT reverse-engineer, copy, or recreate our analysis engine

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 7 days

9. Service Availability

This is a beta product. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

10. Paid Features (Future)

Premium features will be clearly marked before purchase
Pricing and refund policies will be communicated at launch
Free tier features will remain free for users who signed up during the free period

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
